if someone has the modded classes on 360 will they ACTUALLY work on xbox one too? I know people on 360 can use them against us but im wondering if they are usable on xbox one too

since it is backwards compat and still using the 360 servers (I believe) I am going to say yes

Yes. The backward compatible games run the 360 servers so any mods or glitches that work on Xbox 360 will still work.
