throw it on eBay and disclose that it's a banned console, someone might pick it up for spare parts...on the bright side you have a really nice paper weight!

Anyone who claims they can "unban" it is trying to scam you.

The modding was on 360 which was recent after the xbox one ban, and modding with certain plugins and unshared kvs will most likely not get you banned, and on the xbox one i made a whole different account with lots of work, and i have not been account banned as i can sign into the account on 360, its just only a console ban for the xbox one.

Did they email you telling you that you got console banned?

No microsoft never notified me on the console ban, also when i called their support team they did not give any reason why i was console ban, to be honest i think this was a screw up on microsoft and abusing their customer

Sorry buddy but microsoft dont ban people who dont do things wrong. Microsoft will 100% have sent an email to the email connected with the gamertag explaining the reason for the ban. You said you have spoken to microsoft multiple times, Im sure they would have told you why if you provided the information they request such as email address etc. I havent heard of anyone getting an xbox one console unbanned so im not sure what can be done other then to appeal the ban

Kamilca, i am 100% postive microsoft did not send me an email to my gamertag, and they are yet to give me a reason why i have been banned. I know its hard to believe but they have not. Thanks for the link too ill be sure to appeal and be polite, as how much i am enraged with their support and enforcement ill be polite

You definitely did some major things or a series of multiple events against the code of conduct. Best option is to sell it or trade it in at Game stop.

If it was a console ban they wouldn't email you

They only send you an email if its an account ban or suspension but yeah nothing you can do unless you appeal the ban but even then highly unlikely they will undo it
