as the title says I need help, how could i go around an object with text so it stands out?

It's not really clear what your asking. I'm going to assume your talking about selecting around the object, but not the object itself. Select your object then use Ctrl + Shift + I to select the inverse of the object.

Are you asking how you apply an outline to a text object, or something different? As per latterly stated, it's a little difficult for us to provide solutions based off of your question, and secondly - one would need to know what program you're using. This could vary from GIMP, to Paint.NET, to Photoshop, etc.
