Nobody is high I just don't know what's true or not due to the fact that when I got my tag that same day I was messaged on kik about it then today school got hacked and his name was involved.

Kik is by far one of the worst forms of information out there.

Swatting is a thing of the past and very rarely happens.

You're obviously missing the key point I believe. Due to the fact that there are rumors from the past owner of the tag himself and amongst many other og tags. Forget about what you use to communicate on kik was just where I heard that I was next at
And I'll have to disagree because the people in the "Damn Daniel" video got swatted. You may not hear of it very often but it still does happen although it is illegal to a certain extent.

There would be no way this "Ricky" could know you had the tag so how did he get your kik unless your kik was in your bio

And I spoke to the old owner of School and he said his account / tag was stolen

Okay if you are genuinely worried then remove your kik from your bio and enable 2 step verification on the email address connected to the gamer tag you are worried about being hacked. This will mean for someone to log in it will need to send a code to your phone number. Also swatting was more for twitch so people could see it happen. I doubt he has any information on your where abouts. Even if he did you wont get swatted, it carries a heavy fine and prison sentence for faking that kind of stuff. No one who threatens to swat someone over a gamer tag is smart enough to not be caught.
