I have windows 10 installed. The apps (Camtasia, Google Chrome, and etc) that are not working were working a few days ago. When I tried clicking on the application, it will show a loading sign for a few seconds then disappear. The application will not open up, but it does show in the task manager processes. How can I fix this problem to get these applications working once again?

The best solution would be to uninstall and reinstall all of the programs you are having troubles with

It could be due to missing files so try to reinstall them and see if that fixes the issues

another thing i would do is to run a virus scan there could be a virus removing random program files and breaking them

Things to bare in mind: Make sure your PC is up to date; make sure the app isn't blocked by Windows Firewall; make sure your apps are up to date.

If the apps still don't open after you've tried all above, uninstall the app and reinstall it.

For uninstalling apps on Windows 10:

Go to Settings.

On the Start menu, then select Settings.

Select System > Apps & features.

Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows cant be uninstalled.

Follow the directions on the screen.
