NO WAY. Dude. £550-600.... you ideally want a 1070 **£380 approx. Then with a decent CPU so it doesn't bottleneck i.e an i5 4690k or AMD A10 series.... then a decent PSU at least 650W after everything with running Dual EPX 12V rails for the GPU.... Not gonna happen. Neither is a 960, unless you want a pile of shite, save up and increase your budget. You won't get a decent gaming rig for that price unless you stick with amd R9 lower series.

Oh wowie, you rly don't know what you're talking about, do you? 4690k and an A10 APU aren't even anywhere near the same league as each other lmfao. A10 APU would be absolutely moronic, and the 4690k makes no sense either. An APU would absolutely 100% bottleneck a GTX 1070 though. No need for a 650W PSU at all. 400W is more than enough for a mid ranged rig these days. Heck, 400W could power a high end rig, unless it has a 390 in it. GTX 960 is a pile of shit.
Do not tell someone to increase their budget. That's not your call. Either help him, or don't bother posting, it's that simple.
OP- GTX 1070 is out of your budget, sorry. GTX 960 is a terrible GPU, makes no sense at all. RX 480 is your best choice, but that should be around 390x performance at least, for $199(around £160 is how I imagine it will be priced in the UK). So, yeah, it's definitely not "R9 lower series" as was claimed. A6 APU is also just terrible, it'll bottleneck the shit out of even a mid ranged GPU, like an R9 270x. You're looking at an i5, maybe an i3 at least.
Something like this;

Grab an HDD for mass storage if you need/want. I set the 480 as £175 because it could be priced anywhere between £140-£200 really, but I imagine it'll be closer to the £160 price, maybe £180 tops.
