Well I need to get back into shape before soccer season starts for me and I was wondering if any of you have recommendations for running shoes! I'm more of a Nike type of guy, so Nike is preferred but willing to swing another way, thanks!

If you go onto Nike's website and look at the men's running shoes you should be able to find a good pair.

Don't buy bulky shoes like Jordans for running, I tried it once and it was terrible. It feels as if you have ankle weights around your feet

I'd stick to something like the Nike Free RN or Nike air max or since it's soccer, you could find a local football pitch and run along the sideline with the football at your feet and wearing football boots. You'd be surprised how much this will improve your dribbling and your fitness

Something lightweight with good ankle support, try ascis or new balance.

I'm not to keen on Roshe Runs... I personally like Nike Flyknit Racers

I think they also really look very aesthetically pleasing as well.

Id recommend sketchers tbh, where i work (Schuh) we get alot of good reviews back, always mentioning how they use them for running/jogging/gym etc & they come in different colors.
& its always the top shoe we recommend for that type of environment.

Well first off do you have wide or flat feet?

Nike roshes are such shitty shoes to run in because they have no support in them.

Look up ASICS and get a pair of those, they have amazing support and are comfy.

Nike and Under Armor are the worse type of running shoes so stay away from them
