What is a "little over"?
Give your full budget. Also what are your current peripherals and monitor as those might be worth upgrading.

Here you go;

Nice little cooler and matching motherboard. Nice little case with a side window. 16GB RAM, SSD for OS and a few games/applications. Large HDD for mass storage. Grab an RX 480 when they release around June 29th. You may be able to opt for an aftermarket 8GB 480, but if not, a 4GB variant will be fine.
