I've had at least 10 modded gta accounts, theyve been transferred to xbone and all.. none have been banned.. Its a low chance that you will actually get banned so go for it

Agreed. As long as you don't make it totally noticeable (stats/cash) and don't go around bragging that you got your account modded, you should be fine.
