What is your budget and currency? 550GBP max
Do you need a monitor? NO
Do you need a keyboard? NIO
Do you need a mouse? NO
Do you need an operating system? NO
What will you use the PC for? gaming only,wants to play games like skyrim bf1 mainly first person shooters and open world type games
not interested in overclocking or colour scheme just one that will run games on highest possible setting

Grab an HDD as well, for mass storage, if 240GB isn't going to be enough. Use the SSD for OS and most used games/applications. Nice little cooler and a nice little case with a side window. If you'd prefer no side window, Cooler Master N200 is a good alternative case. Grab an RX 480 when they release in about a week. You should try to get the i5-6500 instead of the 6400, but it'll put you over budget. You can get an i3-6100 instead, which would still be fine, if you need to save money or whatever.
