After you shoot the switch to get the achievement elevate your senses, you can play hide and seek with the girl. I won and i went to the random box because we had a crawler and i swear i saw a type 99 pop up. Could this mean you need to do hide and seek to get it?

I saw a video on youtube like that but the Type 100 looks alot like the Type 99 when its in the box.
