That's just not possible.

Pentiums are pretty poor but it's about as cheap as it gets. Plus you have a decent upgrade path.
You could go FM2+ for a little cheaper;

845 will perform better than a Pentium for now but gives you no logical upgrade without a new motherboard and RAM.
With either of these, you still need to sort out storage as well.

Now that I have updated the post is it anymore possible?
The CX430 is a terrible PSU and using it would be a bad option. You'd be better off getting the XFX one now instead of having to upgrade it later.

Yeah. I mean re-use that case, but I'd just buy the XFX PSU now, instead of re-using that Corsair unit.
