Ok, if you guys could help me with this, that would be great, I am about to start lifting weights again but I need a schedule, the only day that I know so far is that Mondays I will do Biceps and Triceps, I will not be lifting on Sundays or Saturdays, just cardio on those days, anyway have any experience that can help.

Do what's called a split. It's basically where you train a different muscle on different days.

I normally do:

Monday: Chest and Triceps
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Biceps
Thursday: Back and Shoulders/Traps
Friday: Legs

I normally focus extra on my legs because they're more important than arms and you will use them more outside of the gym.

But yeah, that's what works for me man. Try out whatever you feel like and aslong as you're not training the same muscle two days in a row and getting injured/overtraining then you should see results.

Most of the time my order goes like this

Biceps/Triceps
Back
Shoulders
Legs/calfs
Chest

Some days i switch up or combined workouts if im feeling great that day

I also do cardio and abs every other day and

Working out is only 40% of it make sure you have a good diet and stick to it.
