It's actually pretty easy to turn toast into bread again. When you toast bread, you're taking out all the water and dehydrating it which makes it stiff and crunchy. Stick it in a microwave with some water for like 20 seconds or so and it will be bread again. The color won't be what it was before, but the toast will be bread.
