There is no Skate games on the PC there console only but if you want you could emulate a Tony Hawk game if you want to just play a skateboarding game.

no there isn't. However there is a game called project session which is due to have a playable alpha/demo towards the end of this year.

Its set to be a more realistic, more pure skating game than EA's skate. The devs are pretty active on the subreddit /r/projectsession
