Can someone give me a dumb explanation about the chem myth or glitch? Does this mean chem doesn't exist in draft? If i want to make a team to i buy players released on day 1 because they are better? I am just confused by all this. Also there is a fitness glitch? any explanation on that?

Day one players benefit from being on 9/10 chem, in game they get a little stat boost (You can't actually see it), BUT they'll also get downgraded on low chem.
However the other cards, (All special cards but Legends) don't get effected, regardless of chem. So they will always play as if they're on 6 chem, even if their actual chem is higher or lower, it defaults to 6 In-game - So no stats boost, but no downgrade either.
So for example, a LF 93 Ronaldo should play better at ST (on 7 chem), than his 93 ST card on full chem because the standard card gets a small stat boost, seeing as it's above the standard 6 chemistry.
And then of course his 97 ST should be better than either of them because his card stats are significantly better, whether they get a stats boost or not.
As for the fitness "glitch" any card that Isn't day one doesn't require fitness. The players still start at 99 chem in game, no matter what.
