Hello, I designed a wolf logo here. This was not based off of any particular wolf logo it was actually based off of me just looking at my dog. I decided to go with a very simplistic design so there isn't an incredible about of detail. I would love to hear your opinions on it!

When I think of a wolf, I think menacing.
This looks like as you said based off of a dog.
There are some key points that really scream wolf in 1 layer design like this,
one of the biggest is a sharp nose and a defined chin (see below).
I would consider doing a logo study on wolves, and animals you will likely find the results enlightening.
The key to doing a logo study is not trying to recreate something someone else designed but observing key points you feel are necessary in your design.

Thank you I will keep that in mind! When I think of a wolf I do think of the points that you made but I personally don't like those kinds of looks for some reason. So I made one that fit what I liked but you are completely right. It does look more like a dog than a wolf.

Well not really much to add. You done all the things you wanted to do. Based it off your dog, gone for a simplistic look with minimum detail. Gone for a non aggressive, menacing look...

I think it's spot on. Really gets the detail into one pic, and how you have done that watermark is amazing. Might have to hit you up about a logo for myself one time... Keep it up bro
