i want a pretty powerful i7 but i dont know which one to get. here are my curent specs, plz mention if ill need a new mobo

budget=350-400usd

Why exactly do you want an i7? It's more than likely an unnecessary upgrade. However, if you must, 4790k would be your best choice.
