Depends on how hammered I am. Some nights I go to sleep at 3am, other nights I go to bed at 10pm. Also has something to do with if I have things to do the next day.

The steroid cycle im currently running has trenbolone in it and a big side effect of it is insomnia so I'm really only getting between 2-5 hours a night from around 3AM UK time.

I go to bed whenever, I just make sure I get alreast 8 hours of sleep. I'm going to make my schedule so I go to bed at 9pm and wake up at 6am. I always like the mornings.
