They've put it in place recently, June I believe, hopefully they didn't add it yet for where you're at but that sucks if its for everyone. Since it's easy to go over 600GB, especially if you have multiple people in the house and you watch movies/play games.

Ok so recently my brother purchased a new xbox one and I also have one we have AT&T U verse with supposedly 25mbps but we do internet speed checks and it says we only have around 3.2-4.5 and we lag a bunch when we are both online. I have been reading up on some forums that if i threaten to cancel they will give me a better deal is this true? I am actually going to cancel if i cant get this problem fixed i pay 68 dollars a month. What internet providers do you guys recommend? Thanks in advance for all the help
