Okay so I have seen far too many threads full of idiots going "WAAAAAH! Treyarch banned me but I didn't do anything!". For example

These were all posted in the same 3 hours. It may be true that these guys did nothing wrong. However, anyone with a brain should be able to realizes that Treyarch constantly patrols websites like these. This means that they are watching what posts you make. Guess what all these idiots had in their post. Their ****ing Gamertag sitting out their basically saying "lol. Hey Treyarch! I am part of a modding/hacking group. I may not be smart enough to do the hacks myself but at least I try to contribute". Yea... Treyarch is going to ban you just for being here. Be smart and get your Gamertag away from the radar. This includes:

Having it displayed on your posts like an idiot

Posting it to play with people like a fun-loving idiot

Posting it to get invited into a hacked lobby like a desperate idiot.

Also on last note. Treyarch doesn't give a flying **** about you or that you are banned. They enjoy banning people that they even SUSPECT are cheating or (in 90% of TTG) trying to cheat. Treyarch has your money already so whining isn't going to do anything. Black Ops is a great game and Treyarch is just doing their job to help the community (which is where the major cash lies).

Most of the people saying they got banned for "no reason" actually did do something.

3arc did warn you that they were going to get strict on modding.

another ban wave all my modded accounts never played online but 15th 3 of them banned and reset

hmm.... That is a little odd but whatever. I guess they check playtime to prestige ratio.

this great im still not sure whhat the reasoning for my ban/reset was...i demo boosted with 6 people but only 2 of us got ban/reset but both of us also had 25th prestige title so i dont know which one they caught...now im like level 48 no prestige with like 9 days played...

i agree i took my gamertag off my account and started pming people my gamertag for invites like 5 hours ago
