Pretty much I have never built a pc before I have a budget of £1500 or around $2200. It will be my first pc and also first time building it. I just want to game with dual monitors. Playing games like Skyrim and witcher. The budget is for the pc alone I don't need peripherals or anything like that. If someone could show me what to buy then thank you

You don't need two threads. You won't be gaming on two monitors, that's stupid and wouldn't work. Your crosshair would be right in the middle of the two monitors, so at best, you'd be gaming on one monitor and have a second on the side as a spare monitor for chat, or the internet, or whatever.
If you don't need peripherals, what peripherals are you using? Also, this is confusing because you say you want to game on 2 monitors, which implies you want 2 monitors included within budget?
Oh, and you can't give us two completely different currencies to work with. What is your currency? If you're in the UK, you're not buying from US so giving us your budget in USD if you're not from the US doesn't help at all.
We also need more information;
Will you overclock?
Preferred colour scheme?
What exactly will the system be used for? Just gaming?
Anything else?
