Seems good to me and It's probably better than the pc I'm going to build. Heres mine if you wanna look after mail in rebates I'm at $725 but I went with a lot of cheap stuff and no cpu cooler just the stock one :/ But eh its just for my little brother and his minecraft and Call of duty world at war stuff. So, your budget went from $700 to $600, and now to $750? And each time your requirements change. No one can help you if you continue to change your mind.

Also, you've already been told that AM3+ sucks, as does the 212 EVO. As does that Corsair PSU. I also already told you that no SSD is pitiful. 370 would be a terrible choice in GPU, not sure why you went for a lower end GPU now that you have a larger budget.

BenQ monitor is bad/bad, same with those Logitech speakers.
