How do you think these look? I finished them a couple weeks ago but just realized I never posted them.

I like the second one.
What does it look like when you put chainsaw on top
and place on the bottom?

That's an interesting dynamic I didn't think of. It's too late now thought.

I also just thought about having the negative space chainsaw inside of a waypoint pin... That would probably have been better.

I love the second design for "Savino Transportation". The dash through "Savino" makes the word, "speed" come to mind instantly. The tires at the bottom were a good touch as well. However, I think the tires should both either be extending from a letter like the first, or resting alone like the second. The way you aligned both words almost resemble the shape of a bus. Almost.

Not really a fan of the Chainsaw logos though. Did you consider a concept that had the chainsaw either going through the word "chainsaw," or resting in the negative space between the words "chainsaw," and "place" when stacked vertically?

Which I was a beast like you man, it's all practice as they all say. I like the second picture and the orange school bus picture. Very nice, I like the shine effect to the images, too me it's more eye catching.

As being a business for business I would say the most likely to be successful logos would be.

Reasons being

Chainsaw:
Web Ready, this is ready to fit most web banner dimensions.
In addition it covers point and case without drawing too much attention to either the graphic or the name.
This dimension is also modifiable for potential sign and other uses.

Transportation:
Flat design ready, as you know being made into a one color stamp is important.
This logo is ready for that while achieving the desired message.
There are some other decent options for this but they either are not catchy enough or are a bit of a rip off the cheese automotive look.

Now obviously the client will choose but as someone who creates and sees many logos daily I assure these will be most effective in business use (all around).

They took away the need for 20 characters which has caused a lot of people to shit post more frequently, but whatever.

As for your recent logos, I prefer the bottom ones and the one the client decided on for the chainsaw website. They fit the part and look very professional in comparison to other logos I have seen posted on here. Great work as always, man.
