Decent guide.

Couple of things you said were very arguable though. The AWP is definately not the best weapon in the game, you can almost buy two AK-47s for the price of an AWP and an AK is good at all ranges, unlike an AWP which is bad close quarters. Not to mention that an AWP can only fire one shot at a time, meaning you can get rushed very easilly at close range.

The AWP also doesn't have the highest skill cap, the deagle does. I've seen people at supreme/global who can use it better than they use any other gun in the game and they can easilly go positive with a $700 weapon.

It was a pretty decent guide but I assume you were aiming it towards silvers and novas because you missed out quite a lot of things.

Thank you Motivational. You have made some valid points there, the AK-47 probably is the best weapon in the game rather than the AWP because as you have pointed out, it is much more versatile and it can also one shot players from any range if the shot goes to the head.

The deagle is a great weapon, I agree, especially for the low price of $700. The skill cap is high, but I'm not sure if I would agree that it has the highest. I could be wrong, but I would have thought it would be a weapon like the AWP or AK-47. The AK-47 is one shot to the head also, with much more versatility. With the deagle the skill aspect relies solely on the ability to get a head shot, with the first shot preferably. Whereas with the AK-47, for example, you have to do the same yet worry about spray control in some cases and getting multiple kills while controlling the spray and so on. You would have to do this with the deagle also but you only have 7 bullets, it's one shot to the head or you're likely dead if the enemy rushes you. The deagle would be more difficult to play due to this, so maybe it would have a higher skill cap, but since you only have to worry about shooting the head and not much about any of the other factors that come into play when using the AK-47 instead, I would think the AK would have a higher skill cap. My highest rank was only MG2, so of course I may be wrong, those are just my two cents. Let me know if you agree or not.

It was a short guide and my first CSGO video, so I did miss out many things I'm sure, but the few tips and techniques I did include I hope helps some people out there. It was definitely aimed towards silvers and novas, generally beginners, so I think some of them it should help.

As you said, I guess it just depends on the player. Some people have the potential to be insane with the deagle but they're terrible with the AK, yet other people are great with the AK and terrible with the deagle.

I really wasn't expected a detailed reply, fair enough man. Good video and I'll be waiting for the AK-47 guide

Deagle for sure has the highest skill cap, AWP has very easy to learn mechanics and newer people can play decent with it. Also as said above it is not the best weapon although it can be have the most impact, a single AWP could win a round if it was say, saved from a previous round and the team had to save. The AWP could easily win a round.
