EDIT: Figured out that OBS Studio was having issues with D3D9 games, which BO1 is since the W10 update. Their update seems to have fixed everything.
So I updated to Build 1511 (10586.494) about a week ago and have been experiencing issues with a specific game (Black Ops 1) not running anywhere near as well as it did prior to updating while not even recording. CPU usage is typically around 50-55% while playing and recording since the update, which prior to the update it was a little lower, but this shouldn't be enough for the game to get choppy. I read somewhere that the update was causing incompatibilities with GPU drivers, or issues at least, but mine are completely up to date. The game is supposed to run at a maximum frame rate of 91 which it never dropped from prior to updating the OS. Now it stutters and drops into the 60s/70s frequently, which isn't overly annoying, but concerning since my PC isn't running to full potential. Just wondered if anybody experienced similar issues since updating to the newest build. A list of specs are below to show that I should not be encountering any issues playing a game from 2010.
