Its a $700ish budget and i will be using it for gaming mostly like
CS:GO, GTA, Rainbow Six, CODS. etc, i will also use it for browsing the web, just daily things.
Please let me know if theres something that could make this better before i go ahead and buy it.

That system is already $100 over your $700 budget. GTX 970 definitely doesn't make sense, especially at $365, and especially considering it's a reference card. You can get a nice aftermarket 1060 for $250 that will wipe the floor with a 970.
