I download the pphelper, i do all the steps, but i keep getting the sad face, i tried 7 times to see if it would work and it still gives me the sad face, anyone know how to fix this?

Give us some info xD

Your Apple device, iOS version, any error messages or stuck/frozen at any parts?

I personally haven't used the jailbreak as I'm staying on iOS 9.0.2 with my current jailbreak though haven't heard of any smiley faces in the program?
