the only working one I know still works is slow. get siwft learner to the 3rd degrre (PERK) a frag mine go behind the merc in moira's supply shop in megaton place the mine near the merc but behind the wall then quikcly defuse pickup have more than 1 frag mine though. high explosive skill too.

go to moira's suply shop in megaton get 2-3 freag mines go behind wall the merc leans on drop frag mine it statts ticking defuse keep doing that have swift learner up high though. Then for the dlc's I say level 8 the pitt point lookout 12 op anchorage 16 zeta 20 broken steel 20 or so.
FYI the xp glitch I psoted is slow unless you have high explosives skill and swift learner at the 3rd stage.

I did it at level 6 so 12 should be easy. It also depends what you got there with. What armor what weapons, stimpaks, etc.
