Hey Guys
A few days ago my Xbox one came up with the black screen of death, it appeared after having the normal loading screen. I did the usual of turning it off at the wall, unplugging it etc etc. I then went ahead and spoke to Xbox support, the guy on the other end told me to use the method of getting a usb and updating my Xbox through offline updates. After numerous attempts it still returns to a black screen after installing the update.
My only other option would be sending it into repair and I really don't want to do that, if anybody has any suggestions or links to websites which would help I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks in Advance!

Unplug everything and let it sit for about 15 mins then plug everything back in and see if that works

On the 360. For a certain boot up error E71 i think it was.... If you had a disk in the try as it boots up hit eject. I don't know if it works for XB1 but would be worth a try. If not then contact Rodent_Modz. Im sure he will have a solution.
