Well i have pretty severe anxiety and i am so nervous to be in a car with a complete stranger. Anyway i would appreciate some advice on things maybe i should or should not do.

Don't panic, don't get pissed off when the teacher corrects you (it's his job), and enjoy it ( you are learning to drive a car!) .

Always make it obvious that you are checking what is behind you. It's unlikely that your instructor will be paying close attention to your eyes.
So while you might be checking with your wing mirrors, they won't necessarily see you do it if you don't move your head.
Other than that, it's commonly accepted that crashing is a bad idea.

Try and stay as relaxed as you can. Listen to your instructions and you'll have nothing to worry about my friend.
