So I checked these out and there are things I am concerned with. You cant use the surround sound feature on the xbox one and it would be a waste if its there and I'm not using it. Also a lot of people said that the Logitech costumer service is terrible and if I were to buy these brand new with warranty, again another thing that wouldn't be used. Some people reported that these can fall off your head if you move too much, but they are durable so that wouldn't be a problem. I like the mic sound, the customization of sound to your personal preference and the inline mic switch they include. The first two points I made really bring it down for me. I know everyone has a different experience, but I don't want to be included in the rest of the bad bunch.
Do you know any other headphones that mark all the things I listed above?

I have a Hyper X cloud headset (for pc) and it's great if you like having noise cancellation. They come with extra headphone pads that are not so noise cancelling if you're not into that. Also, they don't seem to have a voice loopback system integrated into them, so if you want that I would look around some more. I use them for CSGO, where surround sound is crucial, and I like them a lot.
