Sine you have 2 step verification enabled you'll need to go to this page: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
At the bottom, click Select app and choose the app youre using.
Click Select device and choose the device youre using.
Select Generate.
That'll be the password you use on the bot.

Are you using the latest version I provided here?
What errors are you getting?

there is a v0.7.1 now, not sure if you updated the OP with it

looks like you are getting errors due to you lat and long numbers
check you config folder and see if you have a line it that shouldnt be there...

In config.jason under "PokemonToSnipe" you can add coordinates there for sniping

I assume you're talking about the legendary pokemon? Those have always been there, I guess its just in case they sometime release them
