if i was to use my stock cpu fan until i get a better one next week would, would the cpu fan be bad for my comp. specs rx480,i56500 b150m mortar,16gb ram

Stock cooler is fine. It's ugly, will get loud at points and isn't very good but it will be perfectly fine for a locked i5. Upgrading to a cheap cooler, like a Cryorig M9i or Raijintek Aidos would be a good idea, but only when you have a spare $20-$25, and it's not really necessary.
