So when I host a lobby by selecting the patch in file manager, do i have to do that each time i want to host? Oh and can i load multiple patches on a usb and select them when i want>

Once you do it just play mw2 normally all the time and it will be modded. And i think you can only have 1 patch in the usb at a time
