Find a local page on something like Facebook and see if anyone wants to build it for you.

There are plenty of tutorials online to help you build a PC. It's not hard at all. You will probably have a tech shop somewhere near you, so you could probably even pay them like £50 to build the system for you if you give them the parts. Pre-built systems always come with low quality PSUs, which is bad. For your budget, you wouldn't be able to get a decent pre-built system. You could, however, build a nice rig. If you want a pre-built, check what PC World have.

If you decide to build a system, get something like this;

Great SSD. Nice case with a window. Nice RX 470 and an i3-6100 will be plenty for 1080p. You can easily swap the i3 out for an i5/i7 at any point of you wish. XFire support so you can easily add a 2nd GPU(RX 470 or RX 480) for more performance. 16GB RAM is nice, comes in handy with AAA titles like GTA V.

I you dont know how to, Pick your parts here and they will build it for you. Only thing is its alot dearer from them rather than building it yourself. Try to go on youtube or ask here for tips or what to do

If you really dont wanna build one yourself, maybe check out Ironside computers .com.

Building one yourself will always be cheaper.

How trusted is pc specialist? And would anybody be willing to construct one on their website for around £700-£800?

You won't mess up your PC build unless you're trying to mess it up. I built my first PC 6 something years ago, I didn't know shit about PCs or even bother to read the manuals or look up anything to help me, but I still built it no problem. I will admit, it took me 3 hours as I had no clue about anything, but I had no problems at all during or after the build. Time was sensitive for me too as I had school, so on a Saturday I got up a little earlier just so I could take some time to build it. You honestly won't mess anything up unless you're trying to mess things up. Everything fits how it should and unless you're putting something in backwards or trying to force it you'll be fine. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube so you can see how it's done and get the feel of what you're going to be doing.

I have never used a site that sells pre-built PCs however after searching for reviews on PC Specialist I found a few sites that have reviews based on them. I'm sure if someone has used their site, any pre-built site or just has more knowledge on a pre-built site, they would be able to help you a lot more with that.
