I just built a new gaming PC specs:
Intel core i5-4460
8GB ram
Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
AsRock B85M-ITX
with a 500 watt power supply.
I downloaded all of my drivers I'm pretty sure and switched to using my graphics card and not my integrated graphics.
But when I tried running CSGO on high settings It was laggy/slow and was running 30 fps max?
please help.

For some reason it looked like it was just letting me max out at 30 fps but when i went into task manager and performance to see what my cpu what running at it randomly switched to 250 fps and now all of my games run amazing.

If i happens again on CSGO open the console and type "fps_max 300" Also set a launch option with the amount of cores or threads your CPU has. "threads (number)"
Glad you got it fixed
