I have been stuck on the Chat Initialize screen for around 4 hours.
Is it this slow for anyone else, or is it just me?

I desperately need EA help.

If you're still waiting that means something is definitely wrong as it never takes that long, try restarting the chat session or using a another browser.

I've restarted a new session, a new browser, on my phone, a new internet and restarted my computer.
All have the same problem.
It's currently 12 hours since I first tried today, and it's not getting any better. Getting EXTREMELY furious now.
