When i first run CSGO on the menu my frames get locked at 30 fps, I go into the settings then turn v-sync on then back off again and it resets my fps back to normal, Then when i go into my first game i dont spawn in i just spectate. I keep trying to choose my team but never works this problem only started happening recently.
I've tried setting fps_max 300 and that didnt work for the 30 fps problem it still keeps happening. Could do with some help guys thanks!

Hey there!
I have had the same problem with the FPS locked at 30. I noticed that when I alt-tabbed, then tabbed back in I was getting my usual amount of frames!
The issue where you join a game and you're stuck in spectate may be a client side issue :/
I'd try verifying integrity of game cache in Steam on CSGO!
You can do this by Right-Clicking CSGO, Clicking Properties then select the Local Files tab. There you should see a button saying Verify Integrity Of Game Cache.
Clicking this will make sure you have all your CSGO Files, if you don't, Steam will automatically re-acquire them for you.
If the problem persists, I don't know any other way
Good luck with your issue!

"fps_max_menu 300" could potentially fix your problem if you haven't tried this already.
