I'm fairly sure Microsoft offer the ability to 'reset' your Windows 10 key so that you can put it on a different PC. I head read about it somewhere because I wanted to upgrade but I cannot remember.

To the build:
You can get [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] for $600 which will be good enough. It does not have the OS included so if you can fork out an extra $25 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . N versions of Windows just don't come with Windows Media Player, Photos/Videos App and Skype by default. You can easily install these anyway.

So overall, $625.

If you can stretch enough to $840 total, you could also upgrade to an [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] too.

For around $600, this would be better;

Don't spend $70 for a H110 chipset motherboard. 120GB SSD's aren't worth it, the price for the capacity is pretty terrible. 240/256GB-480/512GB SSD's are the best options at the moment. While the Core 1000 is a perfectly adequate case, it's not worth $40. The Tesseract is $5 cheaper(or the same price, if you get the windowed version) and is a good bit better quality than the Core 1000. You can get your OS for $20-$30, or you can get it for free. G2A, Kinguin, or the /r/microsoftsoftwareswap subreddit are the best places to get your OS, if you're buying that is.

If you're able to spend closer to $800, get a better GPU/monitor(at least that's what I'd do);

Cheaper monitor since the other one costs more now. If you're going for the more expensive system I suggested, just make sure to get the white Tesseract from Newegg.

The case comes with one fan, you can just use that as intake in the front. You can buy another couple of fans if you want. If you do, I'd recommend two of these;

Use one in the front of the case as intake, one on the side as intake and use the included case fan in the rear as an exhaust.
