Ok let me break this down, ages ago I done something to my laptop which needed me to do a fresh Windows install so I went and bought the cheapest Windows 7 so I could upgrade for free. I install Windows and I find I have no internet connection on it so I open the device manger and find out that all my drivers have a yellow triangle so they need to be updated which I google around and know you need to go online and download them however I can't go online and the only other laptop in my house is my sisters who takes it with her everywhere so idk if there is any other way.

That's because you haven't bought an OEM disc.
The only real work around is getting the drivers externally and transferring them over.
I'd advise just getting the internet driver externally then you can download the rest on the machine direct from the internet.
Another way, do you have your discs that came with your laptop? Maybe a driver disc in there.

As stated above if you can access the properties information on the ethernet/wireless card driver, download this externally transfer it to your pc and then download the others through device manager.
And most laptops should of come with a driver disc included, if not try online for your make/model of laptop and see if anyone has the content online that you can transfer over with a usb stick.
