I don't think I'm going to buy a game that costs $80 for a disc ti put inside of your console. I'm going to buy the game when the price drops.

LordOfTheLies wrote Regardless if you don't play IW, COD4R for 80$ is a STEAL. The fact that we all get to relive '07 again on the same game, with the same progression, with updated graphics whether you played back then or not is worth more than what they're asking. Not sure why people complain about this. If you can't afford an 80$ expenditure then you're either

I barely play video games compared to what I used to yet i would pay 120$ if that was the price.

That's complete bollocks. You're saying CoD4R standalone is worth 80$? A game which is basically the same except for graphics?

Countless games have been remastered and they're released as an arcade game with a 10-20$ price tag. Halo Master Chief Collection. 4 triple A titles for 60$. What makes you think a past game should be worth more than it's original launch price? Considering that CoD4 and WaW still have large amounts of players on PC, it's absurd. A standalone remastered CoD should be priced around 20$ to 30$. But 'nostalgia and graphics' make you spend unnecessary amounts of money.

The bundle price itself is fine and I couldn't give two shits about them forcing you to buy it to play CoD 4. Why? Because there are better alternatives than buying CoD and complaining every year.

You guys just wouldn't understand. Everyone that was active during the Hardcore/MLG H3 days from 07-early2011 or the GB players from Cod4 during 07-09 all feel the same way. I/ we don't care about PC or how many people play cod4 now on PC. The PC Cod4 community was and never will be what it was in 07, 08 or 09 on console. If H3A was made and was EXACTLY how it was back in the day; IE Projectile, Playlists, 1-50 Progression etc i would pay 120$ for it. If you were around back then in that specific community during that time period, you would get where i'm coming from; but you don't. So it's impossible to explain it in a way for you to understand.

I'll just wait for the game to be sold separately a few months down the line. If you just wait, and nobody buys Infinite Warfare, they'll try to scrounge what they can and just say ok screw it I'm going to sell Remastered COD4 because nobody is going to buy Infinite Warfare just to get it. Sales drop and their game changes.

They will have no choice but to sell it separately. They're a business and don't want to lose millions of dollars.

I really dont see the damn problem with it.

We all know at some point you are going to wish you got infinite warfare because you are kind of getting bored of the remastered and everyone playing Infinite warfare will be laughing at you because all you did was cry about remastered not have its own copy. Like just buy both games so if you get bored of one of them for the day you can just put in the other game and play that.

There a business they are going to do anything to get money they don't care if its right or wrong, that's why we the consumers need to be smart and not buy IW and just wait for COD 4 remastered, we need to be smart and know not to pay $80 for a game most of us is not going to play. Its already rumors that cod 4 is going to going to be a standalone game, just don't spend that extra $60 for a game your not going to play I would rather wait 1-3 months for a good game that I'm going to play just for $20-30 bucks.

They made these FAQs months ago. You haven't even played the beta yet so there's no point in judging a game just yet.

Activision will most likely release the game a few seperately a few months after release anyway.
