I'm about to buy some products for gaining mass and I'd like to know what products you guys think are best!
everything I plan on using:
whey protein
creatine
pre-workout(just the best for energy)
casein protein
etc

I've never used it but I've heard creatine gives good results.

If you want to gain mass you will need to be eating 3,000 calories+ each day. I would say get most of the calories from whole foods and then the rest from supplements.

Try to eat at least every 3 hours. Keeps your metabolism in check. High protein diet, but you need your carbs!!!!

i use creatine monohydrates in the morning and 30mins before i use No Xplode includes creatine in it to and after i use Super mass gains made by ON also includes a bit of creatine to lol. I can lift heavyer and i gotten bigger and great results and gained 3kg in 7 weeks without doing legs sadly cus of tendontis .

I take a very very good supplement that is incredibly cheap, but the gains are huge! You just take one cap full of Sodium Hypochlorite Solution every morning, 15 minutes before work-out and 2 caps before bed! Trust me the gains will be insane!!! can't wait to hear how you get on with it!

A tablespoon of creatine in the morning does a good job
Edit: just realised you already have creatine haha, anyway it's good. You have it liquid form or powered?

Supplements are really overated in terms of increasing size and gaining muscle. Your body will only repair the muscle you've broken down and no more, so although creatine will give you more energy during your workout, it's not going to have much of an effect during protein synthesis.
It's definitely better to have supplements than not have them though but keep in mind that they're overated and going to have very little effect on your overall muscle mass.
Whey protein is okay but food is definitely better if it's available.
Aslong as you eat in a caloric surplus with lots of protein and keep training then you should see an increase in size.
