I had a problem getting her laptop to go into safe mode so I altered a setting in msconfig to force it to go to safe mode after next restart. Now the problem is that the computer keyboard is set to Thai and the password is English. So there is no way to login... And now everytime I restart it just keeps going to safe mode because of the setting I changed. So what on earth do I do now??

try using the boot menu

To enable the F12 Boot Menu:

1. Restart the computer.
2. Press the F2 key to enter computer's BIOS Setup during Power-On Self-Test, or POST, process while the Acer logo is being displayed.
3. Press the Right Arrow key to select Main.
4. Select F12 Boot Menu.
5. Press the Enter key.
6. Select Enabled.
7. Press the Enter key.
