Just buy EA Access on a different account, after you've used the 10 hours you can get a refund for £3.32 so you're only losing 67p, I'm going to keep doing that till the games out.

Sign in on xbox.com, click on your gamertag top right corner, go to microsoft account, then services & subscriptions and it should come up to cancel ea access.

If you do cancel does it stop it straight away? Do you have to wait until the trial is almost done first?

Made a post about this last night. Had the exact same issue, had 6 hours left. Closed the app, and when I went back to the game I had "less than 90 minutes left"...
I contacted EA support late last night, they told me that Microsoft have the "Required tools" for this, thus I should contact them. I of course try MS, and then they say I should contact EA as they're the only ones who can solve this issue. Absolute joke.

Apparently EA are aware of the issue and are working on it, AKA nothing will be done

Microsoft just told me that they were working with EA to fix this issue. They also said that the issue was on the server, as opposed to it being an Account / EA Access membership problem.... EA and servers, eh? Somethings never change.
