So I just bought a subscription of ea access but when I go to start my trial it says sorry you don't have an active account with ea access on it please switch to one which does. I just checked the active subscriptions on my account and Ea access is there

if you search fifa 17 on the store click on the game to buy and next to it says free trial if you press that it downloads a small file and it will let you play
