Yes there is.

make a new account and buy one month of EA Access for £3

then transfer all earnings over to main account.

There is no way to add onto your original 10 hours

As said just make a new account buy a subscription and when the 10 hours is done cancel the subscription on Xbox.com and you will get about 3.30 back so it only cost like 70p because you get refunded the rest of the month
