Well yes that's obvious because UK release is 29th.

If you are going on about location change, UK people can infact get it tomorrow (US release) by just simply purchasing US Gift Cards.

Yes you will depending on where you order from, I got my gift cards today and have pre ordered fifa and I'm ready to play it at 5am when it releases

Yeah I bought my codes, waited 40mins. Then found out they were out of stock. Now I have to wait up to 7 days for a refund. It's a joke
