I have A LOT of stomach problems and I've tried just about every diet out there. But from what I've found greens. Any veggie out there. Salad. Chicken. Stay away from pink meat. Apples. Eating healthy is very easy. You just have to accept into doing it.

You can make your own salads and grow your own fruit in your garden. You don't have to buy it from the store all the time. You can also check up on the internet for recipes t make. Your body feels right when you eat the right foods.
