As an artist I would try not branch off of old bones,yung lean,spooky black type beats as it's been outplayed and wouldn't get much of a response, although the song sounds good I would advise you to stay away from that sub genre, it's just over and done with.

For producing for a year only though I would say you are doing quite well. Would just try to expand sounds more.

thats exactly why im getting into the edm scene. I want to combine all the hip hop stuff ive played around with in it and i want to create something new, something of my own genre i guess.

i understand but i feel it adds to the song with the change in the beat and feel "convinced the 12 year old she was better off dead" and the beat picks up i **** love it
